El responsable de un vehículo de servicio público que transite con distintivos diferentes a los autorizados, incurrirá en multa equivalente a diez (10) salarios mínimos, y el vehículo no podrá prestar el servicio hasta tanto sea pintado debidamente. En igual sanción incurrirá quien cambie u ordene cambiar el color de un vehículo sin autorización legal.
