º . Financiamiento del servicio educativo a cargo de los recursos del Situado Fiscal . Los recursos apropiados en el Presupuesto General de la Nación, para financiar faltantes del Situado Fiscal en la vigencia 2001, serán transferidos a los departamentos y distritos mediante la suscripción de un Convenio de Reorganización Educativa, entre la Nación, representada por los Ministerios de Hacienda y Crédito Público y de Educación Nacional, y la respectiva entidad territorial.
