Art. 37. Los Inspectores generales y provinciales de Instrucción pública no podrán ser nombrados para puestos de elección popular, sino tres meses después de haber dejado de ejercer su empelo por renuncia admitida.

Los Directores y Subdirectores pueden ser elegidos, pero dejan vacante su empleo por la aceptación de cualquier otro de origen popular.
