El Departamento Nacional del Trabajo, dictará las resoluciones aclaratorias o complementarías que sean indispensables para la correcta aplicación del Decreto ley 2318 de 1953 y del presente Decreto, resoluciones que serán aprobadas por el Ministro del Trabajo.
