RETIRO POR DISPOSICIÓN DE LA DIRECCIÓN GENERAL DE LA POLICÍA NACIONAL . Los Agentes de la Policía Nacional sólo podrán ser retirados por disposición de la Dirección General, después de haber cumplido quince (15) o más años de servicio, excepto lo dispuesto en el artículo 10 del presente estatuto.
