Mientras subsista turbado el orden público y estado de sitio todo el territorio nacional, quedan prohibidas las manifestaciones, reuniones o desfiles de carácter político, estudiantil, laboral ó de cualquier otro orden, y los actos cívicos y espectáculos públicos que puedan originar situaciones que afecten o entraben el normal desarrollo de las actividades ciudadanas.
