Artículo único . De conformidad con el artículo 187 de la Constitución, autoriza a la Asamblea departamental de Cundinamarca para reglamentar y disponer lo que tenga por conveniente sobre los asuntos de que trata la Ley 44 de 1873 .

Queda derogada en todas sus partes la Ley 79 de 30 de Septiembre de 1882.
