El Fiscal del Tribunal de Cali procederá a estudiar los títulos que diga tener en el Municipio de Pavas el antiguo resguardo de indígenas, para precisar el lugar y la extensión de tales títulos, e iniciar el juicio correspondiente para reivindicar para la Nación las tierras que pueda poseer en dicha región. Las ventas o cesiones que se hubieren hecho por pretendidos descendientes de indígenas, en favor de pobladores de La Cumbre, de la Empresa del Ferrocarril y del Municipio de Pavas, se considerarán con fuerza legal, mientras no afecten intereses de terceros.
