La exportación de las drogas a que se refiere la > ley 11 de 1920 , sobre importación y venta de medicamentos que forman hábitos perniciosos, no podrá hacerse sin con licencia del Ministro respectivo, previo concepto favorable del director Nacional de higiene. La contravención a esta disposición será castigada con multas de $50 a $100, más la prohibición de volver a importar y vender cualquiera de dichas drogas, bajo las sanciones que impone el artículo 7º.
