Con el objeto de asignar responsabilidades sobre los temas que deban ser puestos a consideración de la Comisión Reguladora de Agua Potable y Saneamiento Básico, los tres expertos designados para ello, conformarán comités de coordinación entre el personal de la Unidad Administrativa Especial y dirigirán dichos comités.
