El Gobierno destinará de preferencia á cualquier otro uso, para la Escuela Central de Artes y Oficios, el local que ésta actualmente ocupa, situado en la carrera 16, y en consecuencia, procederá á adaptarlo al fin indicado, pudiendo gastar con este objeto y por conducto del Ministerio de Instrucción Pública., hasta la suma de $ 4,000 anuales.
