Artículo primero . Adscríbese al Ministerio, de Educación Nacional la administración del establecimiento denominado Servicio de Asistencia Social" (SAS), que funciona en el edificio de propiedad nacional, situado en la carrera 5 , y distinguido con el número 6-54 de la nomenclatura (le la ciudad de Bogotá.

Parágrafo

La administración de que trata el presente artículo, podrá ejercerla el Ministerio de Educación directamente o mediante contrato celebrado con entidades oficiales, semioficiales o particulares.
