Artículo segundo. Los Bonos de que trata este Decreto tendrán como fecha de emisión el 2 de septiembre de 1965. Para entregarlos, el fideicomisario deberá hacer los ajustes correspondientes a fin de que los beneficiarios de los mismos devenguen intereses a partir de las fechas en que adquirieron el derecho al beneficio de que se trata.
