Los Miembros independientes del Consejo Directivo de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social UGPP, se regirán por las decisiones que regulan las responsabilidades, incompatibilidades, conflictos de intereses, inhabilidades y sanciones, en especial las previstas en el Decreto 128 de 1976, la Ley 80 de 1993, la Ley 489 de 1998 y demás normas concordantes que las modifiquen o sustituyan.
