Artículo decimotercero. "CXDAC" estará obligada a prestar al Departamento, antes del treinta y uno (31) de enero de cada año, los estudios actuariales de que trata la ley, según los criterios y condiciones que se establecen en el presente Decreto Tales estudios podrán ser examinados y comentados por las empresas aportantes.
