Art. 52 Todo contrato de arrendamiento se hará constar en escritura pública, que se otorgará en el Circuito de Notaría á que pertenezca el lugar donde se hizo el remate, y dentro del término que se fije al rematador al notificarle la aprobación definitiva del contrato. Estas escrituras serán aceptadas por los Fiscales de Circuito, quienes remitirán al Tesorero la copia debidamente registrada, que tienen obligación de entregarles los rematadores antes de entrar en posesión del remate.
