Limitación en el capital de otros concesionarios. Los solicitantes y los operadores de TPBCLD, ni sus socios, podrán tener participación directa en el capital de otro concesionario de licencia. De la misma manera, no podrán tener participación indirecta superior al veinte por ciento (20%) en el capital de otro concesionario de licencia, ni control del mismo, de acuerdo con las normas del Código de Comercio, so pena de la revocatoria de la licencia.
