El articulo 80 del Decreto - Ley 955 de 1970 queda así: Artículo 80. Disposición de automotores, armas, explosivos y estupefacientes. El Gobierno, por Resolución ejecutiva, podrá destinar al servicio oficial los automotores que hayan sido declarados de contrabando. Las armas, municiones y explosivos se entregaran al Departamento de material de guerra del Ministerio de Defensa, desde su aprehensión. Las sustancias estupefacientes o alucinógenas se entregaran en la misma oportunidad, al Ministerio de Salud Publica. El pago de las participaciones a que hubiere lugar será de cargo del Fondo rotatorio de la Dirección General de Aduanas, el cual fijara, por medio de su Junta directiva, el correspondiente porcentaje.
