El Poder Ejecutivo queda autorizado para reglamentar la presente Ley, disponiendo especialmente de todo lo conducente á que sean retirados de la circulación é incinerados sin demora los billetes de las ediciones antiguas y los deteriorados de la edición inglesa, y á prevenir la comisión del delito de circulación ilegal de billetes cuya emisión se autoriza por esta Ley.
