º. Los Directores del Banco serán elegidos por períodos de dos años y renovados parcialmente cada año. Para tal efecto los tres miembros elegidos por los bancos afiliados tendrán un período simultáneo, y los que designa el Gobierno directamente y de los candidatos de las Cámaras de Comercio y Sociedades de Agricultores se renovarán en otro período.
