Transitorio. El Gerente General podrá perfeccionar los compromisos de venta de los activos ofrecidos por el Fondo Nacional de Caminos Vecinales, a los funcionarios que en virtud de lo establecido en los Decretos 2171 de 1992 y 1820 de 1993 se les suprimió el cargo, o a quienes en virtud del presente Decreto se desvinculen del Fondo.
