Decreto 2644 de 1968 · por el cual se reglamenta el premio “Pedro Pablo Salzedo” en el Instituto San Juan del Córdoba.

Artículo cuarto. Facúltase al Rector y el Pagador del Instituto San Juan del Córdoba para que, con el dinero donado por el señor Salzedo, adquieran acciones de reconocida liquidez con el fin de dar estricto cumplimiento a la voluntad del donane.

Parágrafo

Las acciones que se adquieran con la donación mencionada quedarán bajo la custodia y responsabilidad del Pagador del Instituto San Juan del Córdoba, no se podrán enajenar y su producido no podrá destinarse a fines distintos de los establecidos en este Decreto.
