ARTICULO 88 . APOYO TECNICO. En ejercicio de la facultad disciplinaria el Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, Inpec, podrá solicitar de todos los organismos del Estado la colaboración técnica y gratuita que considere necesaria para el éxito de las investigaciones.
