Destínase la suma de ciento ochenta mil pesos ($ 180.000.00) para la ampliación y dotación de las "Granjas Infantiles Jesús de la Buena esperanza", de la ciudad de Pereira, y la cantidad de sesenta mil pesos ($ 60.000.00) anuales para su sostenimientos. Dichos auxilios serán entregados al Tesorero de la institución, quien deberá llenar los requisitos que fije el Contralor General de la República, y rendirle a este funcionario cuentas oportunas de las inversiones del auxilio que por la presente Ley se decreta.
