º El Artículo 1º Del Decreto 2329 De 1989 Quedará Así: "Artículo 1º. El Literal A) Del Artículo 6º Del Decreto 1970 De 1979 Quedará Así: "A) Captar Ahorro A Través De Depósitos A Término. Los Títulos Respectivos Serán Nominativos Y De Libre Negociación, No Podrán Tener Plazos Inferiores A Tres Meses Y Sólo Podrán Redimirse En La Fecha De Su Vencimiento. En Caso De Que No Se Hagan Efectivos En Dicha Fecha Los Certificados Se Entenderán Prorrogados Por Un Término Igual Al Inicialmente Pactado". "

Parágrafo Transitorio

Hasta El 31 De Enero De 1990 Las Compañías De Financiamiento Comercial Podrán Captar Recursos Mediante La Celebración De Contratos De Mutuo, Mediante La Emisión De Títulos Valores De Contenido Crediticio, Sin Perjuicio De Que Puedan Celebrar, Simultáneamente, Contratos De Depósito, De Acuerdo Con Lo Previsto En Este Artículo".
