Artículo único. Reconócense los importantes servicios que en el Ramo telegráfico ha prestado al país la Srita. Doña Enriqueta González Borda por el espacio de treinta y cuatro años, y se le concede una pensión vitalicia de jubilación de veinticinco pesos oro mensuales, que se imputarán al Departamento de pensiones del respectivo Presupuesto de Gastos nacionales de cada vigencia.
