Definiciones. Para efectos de la aplicación del presente Capítulo deberán tenerse en cuenta las siguientes definiciones:

Miembros de las FARC-EP. Se entienden por miembros de las FARC-EP las personas incluidas en el listado recibido por la Oficina del Alto Comisionado para la Paz, de buena fe, de parte del miembro representante de esta agrupación armada, designado para tal efecto.

Zonas de Ubicación (ZU). Se entienden como Zonas de Ubicación a los Puntos de Preagrupamiento Temporal (PPT) establecidos por el Gobierno Nacional para garantizar el Cese al Fuego y de Hostilidades Bilateral y Definitivo, así como las Zonas Veredales Transitorias de Normalización y los Puntos Transitorios de Normalización.
