Art. 2.° En la ciudad de Bogotá sólo habrá Una carnicería oficial, servida por un contratista particular y un Interventor nombrado por el Poder Ejecutivo, quienes rendirán sus cuentas día por día en la Intendencia general.

Parágrafo

La falta de cumplimiento de esta obligación por parte del Interventor será causa suficiente de remoción inmediata, y por parte del contratista, de rescisión del contrato, con las multas ó penas que se hayan establecido.
