º Adiciónase el artículo 3º del Decreto número 533 de 1948, en el sentido de que se considera como Oficial de Estado Mayor, con derecho al diploma y a las prerrogativas correspondientes a esta especialización, al Oficial de las Fuerzas Militares que preste sus servicios como Jefe de la Casa Militar de palacio y que reúna los demás requisitos expresados en el mencionado Decreto.
