Auxílianse las obras del alcantarillado y pavimentación de la ciudad de Santa Marta, capital del Departamento del Magdalena, con la cantidad de doscientos mil pesos ($ 200,000) moneda legal.

Parágrafo

El auxilio de que trata la presente Ley será pagado por el Gobierno Nacional a la Junta de Acueducto, Alcantarillado y Pavimentación de Santa Marta, creada por la Ley 31 de 1936 , en cuotas trimestrales de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50,000) durante el año de 1938.
