No producen ningún efecto las cláusulas del reglamento que desmejoren las condiciones del trabajador en relación con lo establecido en las leyes, contratos individuales, pactos, convenciones colectivas o fallos arbitrales, los cuales sustituyen las disposiciones del reglamento en cuanto fueren más favorables al trabajador.
