Para acreditar la autenticidad de la aprobación dada al plano y especificación adjunta, bastará que el Agente del Ministerio Público acompañe copia del oficio de la autoridad respectiva en el cual se ordena la instauración del juicio de expropiación y copia de la parte correspondiente del mismo plano, autorizada ésta por el Ingeniero Interventor o por el Ingeniero Director de la obra.
