Regalía Anticipada. Cuando se haya pactado contractualmente el pago de regalías anticipadas a la producción, ésta se amortizará de la regalía efectiva, máximo en un cincuenta por ciento (50%) de la producción de cada trimestre. En igual forma se procederá en las distribuciones y transferencias de regalías de ley. Lo anterior no aplica para los contratos en ejecución en los que se pactó anticipo, cuya distribución se amortizará contra la producción.
