Articulo 39 ° Todos los afiliados de la Caja de Previsión Social de Comunicaciones están obligados a inscribirse en la Secretaria de la institución. Las características de la inscripción deben ser indicadas por la Junta Directiva. Asimismo, están obligados a suministrar los documentos y las informaciones que se les solicite o que se indiquen en los reglamentos de la misma Caja.
