Contratación de Encargos de Gestión. Fonvivienda podrá contratar directamente encargos de gestión con las Cajas de Compensación Familiar, a través de los cuales se ejecuten los procesos de divulgación, comunicación, información, recepción de solicitudes, verificación y revisión de la información, digitación, ingreso al Registro Único e Postulantes del Gobierno nacional, prevalidación y, en general, el desarrollo de las actividades de asignación que impliquen la operación del Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda a cargo de Fonvivienda.
