El Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas, podrá limitar en forma total o parcial, el ejercicio de los derechos previstos en el artículo 142 de la presente Ley, a las cooperativas que hagan uso indebido de éstos, sin perjuicio de las demás sanciones a que haya lugar.
