Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para celebrar con el Instituto de Fomento Industrial -IFI-, o con cualquier otra entidad nacional, facultada para ello, los contratos de fideicomiso que requiera el servicio de estos Bonos; con el Banco de la República los de garantía que permitan el servicio normal y adecuado de amortización e intereses de los títulos y para celebrar el respectivo contrato de impresión a que hubiere lugar.
