Cuando al llegar la orden de liberación de un preso suceda que éste se halla cumpliendo un castigo disciplinario, se demorará su liberación hasta que haya cumplido dicho castigo, siempre que así lo determine el Consejo Disciplinario. Sin embargo, en ningún caso la demora de liberación, por tal motivo, podrá ser mayor de diez (10) días. TITULO SEGUNDO Régimen de los detenidos . Capítulo I Normas generales .
