ARTICULO 26 . Exoneración del deber de dar noticia del hecho punible . Nadie está obligado a dar noticia o a formular denuncia contra sí mismo, contra su cónyuge, compañero o compañera permanente o contra sus parientes dentro del cuarto grado de consanguinidad, segundo de afinidad o primero civil, ni a denunciar los hechos punibles que haya conocido por causa o con ocasión del ejercicio de actividades que le impongan legalmente secreto profesional.
