Prorrógase hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1.982 la vigencia del gravamen ad valorem del uno por ciento (1%), para los gránulos de poliéster cuando tengan un contenido de oxido de titanio inferior a 0.5% en peso, clasificable por la posición 39.81 04.01 y sean importados como materia prima por industrias productoras de bienes para el sector textil.
