º . De la convocatoria a reuniones. La convocatoria para las reuniones ordinarias de los Consejos Territoriales de Seguridad Social en Salud se hará por el Secretario Técnico con quince (15) días hábiles de anticipación a la fecha fijada, por medio de notificaciones personales enviadas directamente por correo certificado a cada uno de sus miembros, con indicación de las materias que serán tratadas. La convocatoria para las reuniones extraordinarias se hará con anticipación de cinco días calendario y por notificación personal, directa y por escrito a cada uno de sus miembros.
