Bienes, Derechos y Obligaciones . La propiedad de los bienes muebles e inmuebles, derechos y obligaciones de los cuales sea titular el Instituto Colombiano del Deporte, COLDEPORTES, quedarán en cabeza del Departamento Administrativo del Deporte, la Recreación, la Actividad Física y el Aprovechamiento del Tiempo Libre - COLDEPORTES, para lo cual se deberán adelantar los trámites ante las autoridades competentes para actualizar los correspondientes registros.
