º. Modifícase el artículo 8º del Decreto 1225 de 1996, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 8º. Las instituciones de educación superior podrán ofrecer hasta cuatro (4) programas académicos de pregrado en un mismo municipio o distrito, por convenio o contrato, aun con distintas instituciones o entidades, en lugares distintos de aquellos donde se encuentra ubicado su domicilio principal, sin necesidad de constituir seccional. Cuando pretendan ofrecer más de cuatro (4) programas de pregrado deberán adelantar los trámites necesarios para constituir una seccional".
