º. Facultades del Comité. El Comité tendrá las siguientes facultades

Darse su propio reglamento;

Solicitar información sobre la población objeto a las entidades responsables;

Consultar a las entidades gremiales y científicas o a las personas especializadas que considere pertinentes, para el desarrollo de sus funciones.
