ARTICULO 48. AREAS FUNCIONALES DE GESTION. - El Ministro, a solicitud debidamente motivada del respectivo Viceministro o del Secretario General, podrá organizar y reglamentar mediante resolución áreas funcionales de gestión, para la adecuada atención de asuntos propios de sus respectivas dependencias.
