LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.1.4.3.9. Tratamiento de casos conjuntos. La Comisión Nacional de Moralización deberá establecer los instrumentos que permitan a las instituciones que integran las Comisiones, acceder a la información y efectuar intercambio de material probatorio. Lo anterior con el propósito de que dichas instituciones y entidades, en desarrollo de sus competencias, cooperen armónicamente en la realización de acciones tendientes a prevenir, investigar y sancionar las conductas que afecten los intereses de Estado en el nivel territorial.
