º . Exigibilidad . La garantía solo se hará exigible en el momento en el que la institución financiera nacionalizada esté obligada por una sentencia judicial debidamente ejecutoriada o un acto administrativo del liquidador en firme que disponga el pago de un crédito a un acreedor cuya presunción de buena fe no aparezca desvirtuada en la sentencia o el acto, y se dé previamente cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 4º.
