Autorízase al Gobierno para que, de acuerdo con la Junta Directiva del Banco de la República, recoja las monedas de cobre con aleación de 5% de níquel que hay en circulación, y en cambio de ellas acuñe la misma cantidad de monedas con la aleación de 25% de níquel como se dice en el parágrafo del artículo anterior.
