Destínase del Presupuesto la cantidad de doce mil pesos anuales ($ 12,000) como auxilio de la Nación a los dos institutos denominados Asilo de la Infancia Desamparada o Pan de San Antonio, y Hogar Joven del Pobre, existentes en la capital de la República; suma que se pagará por mensualidades de a mil pesos ($ 1.000), en esta proporción: setecientos pesos ($ 700) para el primero, y trescientos ($ 300) para el segundo.
