Establecer un contingente de importación para 100 unidades de vehículos con motor de funcionamiento exclusivo con gas natural, con motor eléctrico o híbridos clasificables en las partidas 87.02, 87.03 y 87.04, con gravamen arancelario del cero por ciento (0%). Este contingente se aplicará a partir de la fecha de entrada en vigencia de este decreto para la importación de 100 unidades hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2010 y será administrado por el Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial.
